Look at this 47,000 square foot March Madness bracket (Photo)
You need to check out this giant March Madness bracket on display in downtown Indianapolis. After last year’s cancelation due to COVID-19, March Madness will be out in “full force”, as the 2021 NCAA Tournament will be held in Indianapolis.
To condense travel and limit exposure to the coronavirus, this year’s men’s tournament will take place entirely within Indiana’s state borders. Whether it is Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Hinkle Fieldhouse or Lucas Oil Stadium, Indiana will be the center of the basketball universe beginning on March 18.

This gigantic 47,000 square foot bracket is better than anything you could ever hope print out, scribble on and watch it bust by the end of opening weekend. The world is healing and the basketball-crazed State of Indiana will play a big part in that this March.

March Madness will also hold early-round games at Indiana and PurdueWe have to applaud the entire State of Indiana for coming together to host the entire 2021 NCAA Tournament. In most years, the Final Four would be held at Lucas Oil Stadium and nobody would think twice about it. But with the homes of the Indiana Pacers and the Butler Bulldogs more than chipping in with their respective venues, you have to be excited about this incredible collaboration.
Not only are the Pacers, Butler and the Indianapolis Colts doing a ton to make this tournament possible, but several other schools are helping out a ton. Those include Ball State, IUPUI, the Horizon League and Big Ten powerhouses Indiana and Purdue. With the basketball universe anchoring in Indiana for nearly a month, a 47,000 square foot bracket seems most appropriate.
If you need to know who advanced in the tournament, just check out the JW Marriott downtown.
