In a signal where President Donald Trumps legal focus is right now, presidential political strategist Dick Morris on Newsmax TV wagged a skeptical finger at Dominion Voting Systems. "Something clearly is amiss," Morris told Tuesdays "Stinchfield" about data and election result irregularities being reported in key battleground states, including large turnouts and margins for Joe Biden where polling was not showing such strength. "I do not necessarily believe it was a retail fraud, you know, vote by vote, count by count," Morris told host Greg Kelly. "I think it may well have originated in the Dominion software, in the Smartmatic software that the polling people, voting people used." Trump lawyer Sidney Powell earlier Tuesday noted the legal team has the affidavit of a former high-ranking Venezuelan military officer who worked closely with Hugo Chavez to rig elections with the Dominion Voting Systems. Morris is calling for state-by-state audits of Dominion,...
Ted Cruz has joined the chorus of voices calling for a formal inquiry into the software used to count ballots in a number of swing states. On Saturday afternoon, the Republican Texas senator appeared on Fox News to discuss controversies surrounding the use of Dominion Voting Systems, a vote-counting software that was responsible for a glitch in one Michigan county that caused 6,000 votes to mistakenly be awarded for presumptive President-elect Joe Biden instead of President Trump. "That same software is used in 47 counties throughout Michigan. That needs to be examined to ensure there isn't a problem counting the votes," Cruz said. "And the legal process is how you resolve those questions. You know, one of the frustrating things just as an American watching this, you hear all these allegations about what's going on, it's hard to know what the facts are, what the truth is." ...

Rep. Matt Gaetz warned that failed presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg's effort to raise millions to help Florida felons pay off debts and vote may land the billionaire behind bars. "It is a third-degree felony for someone to either directly or indirectly provide something of value to impact whether or not someone votes. So the question is whether or not paying off someone’s fines and legal obligations counts as something of value, and it clearly does," the Florida Republican told Fox News's Sean Hannity. A Florida constitutional amendment allows many felons to regain voting rights after serving their prison term and payment of restitution, fines, and fees. Bloomberg and the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition paid off the debts of 32,000 felons in the state. Gaetz said he spoke with Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody and now believes "there may be a criminal investigation already underway of the Bloomberg-connected...
SEATTLE (AP) — Federal and state officials say they have begun investigating the partial collapse of a pier along Seattle's waterfront as workers were demolishing portions of it.
