New York : Halsey. Photo: Jamie McCarthy / . Find out that the singer Halsey She was expecting her first child was a surprise for her fans when she published a series of photos on her Instagram account to share the happy news last January, which also confirmed that there was not much time left for her to welcome her to your baby. Until that moment, it had not even transpired that the pop star had a romantic relationship, although since then it has come to light that the father of her baby is a music producer named Alev Aydin. On the other hand, rumors have also emerged that assure that the artist’s upcoming maternity debut would be the result of a ‘accident‘based, apparently, on his age – he is 26 years old – and on the statements he had previously made about his reproductive...
Halsey’s pregnancy may have been a surprise to her fans, but it wasn’t to her. The 26-year-old singer says her pregnancy was “100% planned.” “I tried very hard for this [baby,]” she wrote on her Instagram Story on Monday. “But I would be just as happy even if it were another way.” She also sent a pointed message to those speculating about the details of her pregnancy, writing: “Why is it ok to speculate and pass judgment about fertility and conception?” Halsey announced in January that she was pregnant and expecting her first child but didn’t reveal the identity of the child’s father. Fans speculated that Halsey could be having the baby with Alev Aydin after the screenwriter reposted a picture of Halsey’s pregnancy photoshoot with two red heart emojis on his Instagram Story. They also got matching tattoos with prior to her baby reveal. Her rep...
The Senate Hearing about the Capitol attacks on Jan. 6 opened with some revealing commentary by four current and former security officials involved on that day. After opening statements, Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) asked some simple yes or no questions designed to removed some opacity over what happened on that historic day and what really was going on during the deadly attacks led by Trump supporters. “Based on what we know now, including the recent department of justice indictments, do you agree that there is now clear evidence that supports the conclusion that the January 6th insurrection was planned and it was a coordinated attack on the U.S. Capitol?” Senator Klobuchar asked. All four officials agreed. “Would you agree that this attack involved white supremacists and extremist groups?” she followed, to which everyone also agreed.  “Would you agree that this was a highly dangerous situation which was horrific, but could...
Fox News’ Pete Hegseth falsely claimed that former President Donald Trump was spontaneously greeted by supporters who gathered to see him return from a President’s Day golf outing in West Palm Beach, Florida. The comments from Hegseth came as Fox & Friends discussed the latest Gallup poll showing most Republicans think America needs a third mainstream political party. The show then aired footage of Trump’s motorcade as it passed a crowd of people cheering for him on Presidents Day. “That was not a planned event,” Hegseth said. “That was spontaneous on Presidents Day for Donald Trump.” The conversation went back to Gallup’s data shortly after, with Hegseth remarking that the Republican Party has been “totally transformed” by Trump, and he warned against those in the GOP who might try to pull the party away from the ex-president. The show also ran footage of Donald Trump Jr. describing the rally for...

New York : Unlike the image of strength and determination that she usually projects in most of her films, concerts and other public appearances, the first months of the current coronavirus pandemic brought out the most vulnerable and scary side of the actress and singer Jennifer Lopez: and it is not for less given the seriousness of the health crisis that began to plague the world last March and, of course, the uncertainty about the scope of the greatest epidemic suffered by the planet in almost a century. In his last conversation with the magazine Allure, the diva from the Bronx wanted to be honest about the high and uncontrollable levels of “anxiety” that she suffered in those early days and the effects that all this had on her professional, family and personal life. It should be remembered that the interpreter and her fiancé, former baseball player Alex Rodriguez,...
Fox News’ Sean Hannity spoke with Trump lawyer David Schoen Tuesday night and gently tried to address some of the criticism of the other major Trump lawyer who spoke at the impeachment trial. Bruce Castor’s performance was just incredibly meandering and all over the place, and not only was he roundly panned, but report after report has made it beyond clear that Donald Trump himself was furious. Hannity started off the interview by telling Schoen he loved his performance, but said, “I thought it started a little meandering. Sort of like a lot of free associating in the beginning.” “And I’m not attacking your partner, I don’t know him at all, but I like focused arguments,” Hannity said as he went back to praising Schoen’s presentation. But towards the end of the segment, Hannity once again raised the issue, noting all the criticism of Castor and saying, “Seemed to be...
If you listen closely, you can almost hear House Speaker Nancy Pelosi imploring Democrats in the Senate, "Once more, with feeling this time!"   You can hardly blame Senators for their apathy, if not resentment, over "Trump Impeachment Redux."  It is a perfunctory exercise with a pre-ordained outcome of acquittal that was forced on them by a House Speaker consumed with hatred and a Democrat caucus that resembles lemmings marching to the sea. Treating impeachment like a bag of "minute rice," Pelosi cooked up the case against former President Donald Trump without bothering to scrutinize the true facts of what happened when rioters invaded the Capitol Building on January 6, 2021. Instead of conducting a comprehensive investigation and then examining all the gathered evidence, the Speaker engineered a rash and reckless vote just days after the attack based solely on the frailty of the emotional moment.   The folly of Pelosi’s precipitous actions...
This subway attack video was apparently staged.  A viral video of a diminutive person dressed in a “Chucky” costume and attacking a maskless straphanger has been revealed to be a planned prank. “Get off f—k off of me — what are doing you?” yells a woman as “Chucky” — the character from horror franchise “Child’s Play” — grabs at her while other train riders watch on. One man eventually dragging Chucky a foot or so across the floor before walking away.  “Somebody help her,” a train passenger screams, but no one else appears to try. Self-described actor, comedian and influencer Miguel told the Daily Dot that the incident was not, in fact, a bizarre and random assault by a maniacal impersonator but a “social experiment,” and the video was taken by Brooklyn-based filmmaker Rodrigo Valencia. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has received backlash after a series of controversial Facebook comments resurfaced. The comments seemed to agree that the Parkland school shooting, which killed 17 students and faculty members in 2018, was a "false flag planned shooting." On a post Greene shared in 2018 about Scot Peterson, a school police officer who retired with his pension after being criticized for actions he took during the shooting, someone commented, "It's called a pay off to keep his mouth shut since it was a false flag planned shooting." "Exactly," Greene replied. Another Facebook user commented that the pension "sounds like a payoff doesn't it." "Yes it does!" Greene wrote. One other user called the pension a "kick back for going along with an evil plan." Green responded: "My thoughts exactly!! Paid to do what he did and keep his mouth shut!" "False flag" operations come from the...

(CNN)Evidence uncovered so far, including weapons and tactics seen on surveillance video, suggests a level of planning that has led investigators to believe the attack on the US Capitol was not just a protest that spiraled out of control, a federal law enforcement official says.Among the evidence the FBI is examining are indications that some participants at the Trump rally at the Ellipse, outside the White House, left the event early, perhaps to retrieve items to be used in the assault on the Capitol.A team of investigators and prosecutors are also focused on the command and control aspect of the attack, looking at travel and communications records to determine if they can build a case that is similar to a counterterrorism investigation, the official said.Questions swirl around possible insider help for Capitol attackThe belief, early in the probe, will demand significant investigation. The presence of corruption prosecutors and agents is in...

The entertainment industry is what we can call ‘a small world’. You can tell how un-American a Trump speech will be by counting the flags. For everyone still asking “how can it be so close,” the answer is: it’s not. Based on current projections, Joe Biden will win the White House with a greater popular vote margin than Hillary Clinton and somewhere north of 300 electoral votes. In any other cycle, we might not call that a blowout, but it would certainly be a solid win. If your question is “how is it possible Donald Trump is seen as a viable alternate in the first place?” the answer is: I don’t know. But one thing that’s exceptionally clear on the day after the election, is that while Biden came out late in the evening to tell the nation, correctly, to have patience and trust in the process, Trump stepped up at 2 AM to do the opposite. Trump’s false claim of victory,...

SAN JOSE — Affordable housing plans for middle-income people might supplant a prior proposal for a hotel in a San Jose historic neighborhood near Google’s proposed transit village, public documents on file with city staffers show. Very preliminary plans are being floated at City Hall for a housing development at 615 Stockton Ave. in the Schiele Alameda neighborhood near downtown San Jose on a site where a hotel had once been envisioned by project developer Alan Nguyen. “A 100 percent moderate-income affordable housing project” would be built at 615 Stockton Ave., according to the preliminary proposal from Nguyen that’s being reviewed by the city planning staff. Antifa’s endgame is the destruction of democracy through violence, intimidation and coercion, according to Sacramento District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert. "There is no question that there was a planned attack on our office," she said Wednesday on "The Ingraham Angle." “Now that we have more intelligence, we understand that much of it was led by Antifa. There was that particular night, there were two separate organizations. The first one was a peaceful protest which we all support, but the second we now know was organized and planned by Antifa,” Schubert told host Laura Ingraham. “The night that this happened, they targeted government buildings: the district attorney’s office, which happens to be the institution of law and order, as well as the sheriff’s department, which also obviously is an...

The recent looting of downtown Chicago was “organized criminal activity,” with people planning ahead enough to bring U-Haul vans and equipment to help them ransack stores, Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot said. Two weeks ago, city, county and state officials proposed using an emergency CARES Act grant to fund three shelters. One is exclusively for women, inside the Gordon Center in the Willard-Hay neighborhood. However, one group is saying the community must be involved in decisions that impact their lives. Melanie Rucker is one of several Willard-Hay residents who say they were not contacted about Gordon Center proposal. “I found out on the news,” she said. “No one knocked on my door, no one asked anything. I did not receive a flyer, nothing” District 2 school board member KerryJo Felder says she was told the county door-knocked to speak with residents about the proposed shelter. “I went up and down this block. On the other side of this...
In a Saturday evening appearance on CNN, the founder of the “Bikers For Trump” organization, Chris Cox, made several questionable claims about the coronavirus pandemic, calling it a “plan-demic” organized by the “left” to sink the U.S. economy and damage President Donald Trump. “A lot of predictions have been made. There were predictions that over 5% of the people that caught this would actually die when actually it’s less than 1%,” Cox told CNN host Boris Sanchez. “We’ve have to mitigate these predictions and put them in perspective, and a lot of us believe this might be a ‘plan-demic’ as opposed to a pandemic and I for one am one of them.” He added that the pandemic was “being blown out of proportion” and “polarized by the left because of the simple fact they would like mail in ballots and that might be the only chance they have of beating...

The Bureau of Prisons (BOP) sharply rejected a judge's justification for releasing former Trump attorney Michael Cohen back to home confinement on Thursday, saying the decision was based on "patently false" assertions. Earlier Thursday, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York Alvin Hellerstein said the recent move by the Justice Department (DOJ) to put Cohen back in prison was “retaliatory" and claimed it was related to his forthcoming tell-all book. Hellerstein's decision came after Cohen earlier this month was sent back to prison and into solitary confinement at Otisville federal prison in upstate New York after violating the terms of his home confinement. Reports said Cohen was seen at a restaurant in Manhattan, which raised concerns that he was in violation of his home confinement terms. Planned Parenthood is finally removing the name of Margaret Sanger, its founder, from its Manhattan clinic — ending decades of denial about her horrid, racist views. Just four years ago, the Planned Parenthood Federation of America did admit it was wrong of Sanger to speak to the Ku Klux Klan in 1926. And to support the sterilization of the disabled and “placing so-called illiterates, paupers, unemployables, criminals, prostitutes and dope fiends on farms and in open spaces as long as necessary for the strengthening and development of moral conduct.” But it refused to confront her words such as: “The most urgent problem today is how to limit and discourage the over-fertility of the mentally and physically defective.” It also downplayed her support for Buck v. Bell, the 1927 Supreme Court decision that declared constitutional the forced sterilization of the “unfit.” That ruling allowed the maiming via involuntary hysterectomy of thousands...

He was scheduled to leave the White House for his New Jersey retreat on Friday afternoon. North Korea announced Wednesday that it was suspending its planned military action against the neighboring South — a war it had threatened would end in devastation for the US. After weeks of ratcheting up tensions, leader Kim Jong Un made an unexpected about-turn during a video-conference meeting of the ruling Workers’ Party’s Central Military Commission, state-run Korean Central News Agency reported on Wednesday. A national-security body overseen by the dictator “took stock of the prevailing situation and suspended the military action plans against the South,” the statement said. No reason was given for the unexpected halt other than discussions continuing on bolstering the country’s “war deterrent.” Seoul was “closely reviewing” the North’s report, according to Yoh Sang-key, a spokesman of South Korea’s Unification Ministry. Experts warned that it could only be a temporary move to make room for South Korean to make concessions in ongoing negotiations between the neighboring nations....

OGDEN, Utah (AP) — An Afghan commando who fatally shot a Utah mayor serving in the National Guard in 2018 had planned the killing for weeks, according to an Army investigative report. Taylor, 39, had taken a yearlong leave of absence as mayor of North Ogden for his deployment to Afghanistan. Gen. George Floyd planned to open a restaurant called Convict Kitchen and staff it with ex-prison inmates — to give formerly incarcerated people such as himself a second chance, his girlfriend said Friday. Courteney Ross, a 44-year-old Minneapolis coffee-shop manager, said the pair dreamed of hiring ex-cons to work at the eatery — which would serve gourmet spin-offs of prison commissary grub — after Floyd was released from prison in Texas and turned his life around, according to the Daily Mail. “He came to Minneapolis about five years ago from Houston. He wanted to escape the criminal environment he was in, and after he was released from prison, he made the move to Minneapolis to start fresh,” Ross told the outlet. “Floyd’s dream was to open up our own restaurant. He even had a named picked, our Convict Kitchen.” Ross — who was captured on camera in a tender moment touching...
Burglars have capitalized on chaos nationwide in the wake of the death of George Floyd, a black man who pleaded for air as a white Minneapolis officer held a knee on his neck. They are allegedly communicating with each other via messaging apps during heists and using the protests and other tactics to throw police off their trail. While opportunists have sometimes joined the frenzy, police and experts say there is a sophistication that suggests a level of planning that goes beyond spontaneous acts. It’s hardly the first time legitimate protest has been used as a cover for crime. But crime experts, as The Associated Press reported, note the scale of the thefts, which have taken place coast-to-coast, in big and small cities and in suburbs. “It was very strategic,” Sgt. Ray Kelly of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office said about the auto thefts and other recent heists in the San...
