CBS 2 reported Tuesday, the city is beginning the process of ticketing those in violation of the travel restrictions. Mayor Lori Lightfoot addressed ticketing questions, in a media conference Wednesday, stating she believes tickets have been issued to people traveling from Wisconsin. Under the emergency travel order, you must quarantine for 14 days when you return to Chicago from Wisconsin or any of the other 21 states. “I believe that there have been some (tickets), we can get that specific information,” She said. “Our goal obviously is not to penalize people, but to educate them into compliance.” Tickets will range from between $100 and $500 with a $7,000 maximum.     Police in Philadelphia have arrested a babysitter on murder and related counts in connection to the disappearance of a two-year-old boy nearly two weeks ago.  Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner on Monday announced nine charges against 24-year-old Tiana Parks stemming from the presumed death of King Hill, including murder, endangering the welfare of children, interference with the custody of children, abuse of corpse, tampering with evidence and obstruction of justice.  King's body still has not been found.     DETROIT (AP) — A 37-year-old woman has been shot to death and a man has been wounded on a freeway in Detroit. The victims were northbound on Interstate 75 at the Eight Mile Road ramp about 1:15 a.m. Tuesday when someone in a second vehicle began shooting at the them, The Detroit News reported. The woman was a passenger in the first vehicle. The wounded man drove to an area hospital where the woman died. He suffered wounds that were not considered life-threatening.
