Damian Lillard has been in electrifying form this season. The 30-year-old has clearly been one of the best players in the league and has led the injury laden Blazers to an impressive 18-11 record in a loaded Western Conference. The Blazers have been missing two key players in CJ McCollum and Jusuf Nurkic. But the on-court heroics of Damian Lillard has kept them competitive in the Conference. NBA insider Brian Windhorst was certainly impressed with the Blazers’ superstar. In a recent episode of his podcast, Windhorst described the insane statistics Dame has managed to muster without McCollum and Nurkic. He said, “Since CJ McCollum went down, which was in mid- January and Dame has missed a game or two in there, but his stats, he is averaging in those games 32 points on 45% shooting. “For him he takes a lot of difficult shots, for example, he takes...
American actor Megan Fox recently pointed out the dangers of the Internet after going viral for a fake tweet on Friday (local time). The 34-year-old ‘Transformers’ actor took to her Instagram Story, writing, “I’ve never made any statements regarding wearing masks. Scary that you can go viral and possibly be socially crucified for something you haven’t done.” She sarcastically added: “The Internet is so FUN.” Megan Fox Sparks Engagement Rumours with Beau Machine Gun Kelly. According to People Magazine, the fake tweet about Fox that circulated online has since been deleted. It included a fake screenshot from Fox’s social media with a message reading, “I noticed comments on social media questioning my decision to ‘not wear a mask’ in public. While I appreciate the concern of my fans and others, it is ultimately my decision to trust the universe to keep me and my family safe. We are okay.” Megan Fox...

"I took a neighbor's flag and actually asked to borrow his flag and he thought I was crazy. "I literally got to work the next day on this thing," said Oien. He turned his garage into a wood shop, with the patriotic project giving him purpose. It also allowed him to stay home with his daughter as she battled and survived cancer. "My why in life is my daughter," said Oien. His company has sold over 800 American flags to date. He builds one flag each day."I have these flags pretty much all over my house,"...
“Reliable Sources” host Brian Stelter said Sunday that ousted Fox Business host Lou Dobbs was not a victim of “cancel culture.” Stelter argued that Dobbs, who has been named in a lawsuit filed by voting company Smartmatic over continued claims of fraud in the 2020 presidential election, was not the only one on Fox’s airwaves to make such claims. (RELATED: ‘Don’t You Dare!’: A Self-Righteous Stelter Upbraided By 30-Year News Veteran In Testy Exchange Over Hunter Biden Emails) WATCH: “Let’s go behind the scenes of the ousting of Lou Dobbs,” Stelter began. “It is not cancel culture here. It is consequence culture. What are the consequences for riling up people with reckless lies about a democracy that most Americans cherish?” Stelter argued that there had not been many consequences in the past, but that maybe the tide was about to turn. Referring to Dobbs’ show as a “pro-Trump...
Yankees News: Brian Cashman answers big outfield question ahead of 2021 season By: Alexander Wilson January 31, 2021 ShareTweetFlipRedditOne of the major lingering questions revolves around New York Yankees general manager Brian Cashman finding another outfielder. The Yankees have been linked to Brett Gardner this off-season, as the two sides usually find common ground. Gardner did state this past season that he wants to play one more year in front of his family. With that being said, the likelihood of him returning to New York is high, especially if he settles on a more cost-efficient deal. However, while Gardner started a majority of games in 2020, one young player has finally started to reach his potential. Clint Frazier, who was originally drafted in the first round by the Cleveland Indians in 2013, was a Gold Glove finalist this past year but was also...
By: KDKA-TV News Staff PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – We all could use a little good news these days, right? Well, one local kid, Brian, decided that in lieu of Christmas presents, he was going to ask for donations to the Humane Animal Rescue “for the dogs at the animal shelter.” Brian said he couldn’t think of one thing that he wanted for himself, so that’s when his family, friends, and Santa Claus went to work. Thanks to all their generosity, there are now 15 brand new blankets, hand towels, multiple jars of peanut butter, several bags of treats, and a bunch of new toys. Now it’s all smiles for Brian and his best friend Kaiko!
Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp delivered an optimistic State of the State address Thursday and proposed what he said were new ways for state officials to invest taxpayer money to counteract the effects of COVID-19. At one point in his speech, the governor apparently referred to the November 2020 presidential elections and alleged voter fraud and other alleged voter irregularities. “As we begin a new year, a new legislative session, there are some who want to look to the past, assign blame, settle old scores, and relive and relitigate 2020,” Kemp told state legislators at the Georgia State Capitol. Kemp said Georgia must overcome “ridiculous and harmful conspiracies.” He said Georgia’s top priority now is fighting COVID-19. Georgia, the governor went on to say, is well-positioned economically to fight the virus, more so than other states. He said he will soon propose a budget that...

The Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator will have a chance to become a head coach. How does that effect Josh Allen?  Every coach’s dream is to eventually be called the head one. To do so, one must build up the resume by working as a coordinator. Similarly, Dorsey has been just as essential in the past two years with Allen’s progression. In fact, one could argue if not for the 39-year-old’s presence, Allen would still have struggled with his turnovers. MVP Cam Newton: 4473 total yards, 45 TD, 10 INT MVP Lamar Jackson: 4333 total yards, 43 TD, 6 INT MVP Josh Allen : 4977 total yards, 46 TD, 10 INT #BillsMafia — Chris Alaimo (@ChrisAIaimo) January 3, 2021 In his first season with Daboll calling the shots, Allen threw 10 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. The following two seasons combined? A 57:19 touchdown-to-interception ratio. McDermott and Beane might be the...
Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade and Steve Doocy shot down President Donald Trump’s claims of mass voter fraud Monday after a phone call between the president and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger leaked. The Washington Post published the phone call, which shows Trump asking Raffensperger “to find” the votes necessary for him to win a recount, on Sunday. Raffensperger is heard pushing back on some of Trump’s claims while the president continues to spread the conspiracy theory of mass voter fraud. Amid a discussion on Georgia’s runoff elections, “Fox & Friends” dipped into voter fraud allegations when co-host Ainsley Earhardt repeated various claims, which have not been substantiated. Earhardt noted that “election integrity is extremely important” and “so many Republicans … feel like it was rigged.” WATCH: Kilmeade interjected and said that the push to not certify the Electoral College votes has “no shot of success.” Some Republicans in...
Yankees News: GM Brian Cashman talks Gary Sanchez’s future and state of the roster By: Alexander Wilson December 16, 2020 ShareTweetFlipRedditThere are still plenty of questions the New York Yankees need to answer this off-season, and one position they planned to reevaluate was catcher following the conclusion of the 2020 season. Gary Sanchez has been the assumed starter for the last several years, but he’s gradually seen his production and efficiency on offense and defense decline. He finished 2020 with a .147 batting average, 10 homers, and 24 RBIs. He set a career-high in strikeout percentage at 36%. He also logged a career-low .253 on-base percentage and a negative WAR for the first time in his career (-0.1). Despite losing the privilege of catching ace Gerrit Cole and being replaced in the postseason for Kyle Higashioka, a career minor-league player, general...
Not since Ronald Reagan in 1984 has a Republican presidential candidate won the state of New York. But one Fox & Friends host thinks that President Donald Trump can capture the Empire State this time around. During an interview with the president on Fox & Friends Monday, host Brian Kilmeade introduced the possibility of Trump claiming victory in the Big Apple. “I have watched three huge parades through Long Island, one through Fifth Avenue, and no one’s organizing it,” Kilmeade said. “They’re just organizing it through social media. And they want you to push to win New York. I asked for the poll numbers, and it says you’re trailing by 20. With everyone out of the city because of what a hell hole it’s become, and with this passion in upstate New York, do you want to give a shot at New York?” “I do, I really do,” Trump...
Sometimes greenhouses aren’t as efficient as you would think, says Brian Smith. And after five years of working in one, Smith thought he could do better. So he started looking up. Smith Family Greens is a vertical farm that specializes in soon-to-be certified organic microgreens for sale to restaurant distributors. The space, which holds 8,000 square feet of growing surfaces, a fully sealed environment made specifically for micro-greens, arugula and kale. Smith believes that the sustainable model is not only better for the environment, but it also helps cut costs and keeps their product safe from contamination. It’s a farm without a horizon, a small world of its own reaching towards the ceiling. The room hums with lights, fans and water purifiers. There’s a slight humidity from the hundreds of leafy vegetables that grow row after row in a highrise made for plants. The greens, nestled in organic soil, are...
Reaction to the death of Chicago Bears great and Pro Football Hall of Fame running back Gale Sayers: ___ “Football fans know well Gale’s many accomplishments on the field: a rare combination of speed and power as the game’s most electrifying runner, a dangerous kick returner, his comeback from a serious knee injury to lead the league in rushing, and becoming the youngest player inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. People who weren’t even football fans came to know Gale through the TV movie “Brian’s Song,” about his friendship with teammate Brian Piccolo. Fifty years later, the movie’s message that brotherhood and love needn’t be defined by skin color, still resonates. Coach Halas said it best, when presenting Gale for induction at the Hall of Fame: ‘His like will never be seen again.’ On behalf of the McCaskey family, we offer our sincerest condolences to Ardie and the...

We rightfully reflect each Sept. 11 on the nearly 3,000 innocent Americans who lost their lives that day in 2001 and the heroes who ran into danger to save lives. I believe, though, that we often overlook what happened Sept. 12. That morning after the terrorist attacks we all woke up unified as Americans — no matter the color of our skin or where we worshipped, what city we lived in, or how much money we had. Out of the darkness of 9/11 came a bright moment of clarity and unity on 9/12 that we must never forget. Like many Americans, I still remember where I was and what I was doing when the planes struck the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York City. DEFENSE SECRETARY ESPER: SINCE SEPT. 11 ATTACKS, OUR HEROIC MILITARY HAS SUCCESSFULLY FOUGHT TERRORISM I had enlisted in the Army the year...
