    A man wanted for trespassing in Westchester was arrested after attempting to gain entry to a residence in a neighboring village, police said. Officers from the Scarsdale Police Department responded to Taunton Road shortly before 7:15 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5, where there were reports of suspicious activity. Upon arrival, the Taunton Road resident said that an unknown African American man repeatedly attempted to enter his home before fleeing the property on foot.     Four teenagers were busted with loaded handguns in Westchester after attempting to flee from officers and crashing, police said. Officers from the Mamaroneck Police Department responded at approximately 7:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 19 to Grant Terrace, where there was a report of a suspicious vehicle and a man who had urinated on the street.     Westchester has seen a slight uptick in COVID-19 cases in recent days, as the infection rate in the Hudson Valley climbed over 1 percent for the first time in more than a week. The State Department of Health reported that there were 54 new COVID-19 cases confirmed in Westchester, bringing the total to 36,540 since the pandemic was first reported in New Rochelle in early March.     A 20-year-old man is facing a weapons charge after being busted by New York State Police with an illegal knife during a traffic stop on I-95 in Westchester.
